This workshop exists to share the wisdom and practices from the grassroots so regenerative leaders, conscious entrepreneurs, and changemaker can truly make the impact they aim for.
The revenue will be directed to funding the Los Higuerones team in continuing and expanding their work.

About Iris
I don't believe we are here simply to create more wealth.
I believe we're here to become better stewards of the wealth already moving through our lives, businesses, communities, and places.
For more than 15 years, I've worked across corporate sustainability, leadership, entrepreneurship, social enterprise, and grassroots regenerative initiatives.
I've facilitated hundreds of spaces with entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers navigating the tension between creating meaningful impact and living sustainable, fulfilling lives.
But my understanding of wealth has also been shaped far beyond the world of business.
In February 2022, alongside my guidance work, I started working on the community projects of Los Higuerones, a bioregional learning center on Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula.
With the community and projects of Los Higuerones, we're exploring what becomes possible when we organize ourselves around common ownership, land stewardship, reciprocity, local livelihoods, and the regeneration of place.
For us, wealth looks very different.
Clean water flowing freely
Food growing in someone's garden.
The knowledge of farming and cultural practices held by a campesino family.
Neighbors exchanging skills and labor.
The health of a forest.
The relationships that enable a community to respond to crisis.
A place that can sustain the people who live there.
Working at this intersection has deepened a question that has been at the heart of my work for years:
What if wealth isn't primarily something we accumulate, but something we cultivate and steward?
I've seen what happens when people start to become financially successful through their impact work while holding themselves to the old standards of success.
Through my grassroots regenerative work over the last decade, I know how much wealth exists outside conventional economic measures and impact metrics.
For me, it is time that these two marry by paying attention to relationships, place, reciprocity, and the living systems around us.
This is what Holistik Wealth Lab stands for.
With Holistik Wealth lab I create spaces for leaders, entrepreneurs and changemakers to rethink how to measure success and impact because they've noticed that the way they're currently operating is not working on the long term. We explore how financial prosperity can become part of a much larger ecosystem of wellbeing, resilience, and regeneration.
