I’ve held over 450 spaces for 800+ leaders and changemakers navigating transition, systemic impact, and soul-aligned living. My embodied knowledge weaves together strategic leadership, regenerative investing, community currencies, and emotional resilience—because real wealth requires all four.

In 2022, after 6 years coaching teams in leadership development, creating sustainability strategies for corporations and municipality, investment plans for social enterprises and grants for biodiversity projects, I walked away from consulting. I co-founded 3 bioregional initiatives in the Netherlands, started working as hands-on support for social enterprises I believed in but had low financial resources and eventually joined Los Higuerones as a volunteer—a community hub in Costa Rica dedicated to restoring cultural and ecological resilience.

To make this life work, I had to rethink money and trading myself. I had been investing in sustainable stocks as soon as I made my first Euro's at the age of 21 and studied non-traditional trading and community currencies during my studies in sustainability and leadership. Combined with my work for Los Higuerones where I helped to activate a community currency model on the ground, I found my way. I designed a resilient diversified income strategy that now funds my life, my impact work, and Los Higuerones without launching online offers that generated multiple digits revenue.
