Leaders with greater financial capacity pay the sustaining rate of $250-$500.
This rate keeps my hands-on grassroots work going and makes it possible to offer 2/3 community and scholarship spots to grassroots leaders, land stewards, and community builders.

Hey I’m Iris Nekeman and I'm happy you're here.
Over the last 15+ years I explored and practiced social entrepreneurship, holistic health, community living, alternative diversified income streams, and regenerative finance / wealth,
Discovering what skills we need for responsible cultural & ecological stewardship.
My journey went through sustainability strategy consultancy, systems change facilitator, co-creator of grassroots movements, experimenting with regenerative economics, nurturing community building, leadership facilitation and embodied practices. In rural and urban areas all over the world.
Again and again, I saw a common thread: Many capable people who feel deep care hold immense responsibility — over time, they're slowly losing connection with themselves, their relationships or what truly matters.
The Leadership Accompaniment emerged as a response to this question: How can we transform complexity to meaningful impact without sacrificing ourselves in the process?

As part of my grounded approach to learning, I live what I preach. I'm hands-on involved in stewarding the community of the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica. Co-creating the examples of regenerative social, economic, and ecological alternatives through Los Higuerones, the local impact hub & bioregional learning center. As well, I'm a core team member of VINE | institute for Nonviolent Communication.
